Analysis and Research: During the discovery phase, which involves understanding the client's vision of the market they operate in as well as other clarifications regarding the desired features on the platform, I conducted research on competitors and it became clear that one of the biggest differentiators would be developing a simple, functional, and objective platform for this client.


Workflows & Actions: In this phase, we begin to mature the materialization of the system, aligning the usability and navigation flows of the platform, both for users who are clients of the client and the actions of the client as the administrator of the platform.


Wireframing & Prototyping: For this project, a wireframe was created that fits well with the system flows, which allowed for a quick approval of this phase, as a sample design found online was defined together with the client during the first phase that also perfectly matched the visual identity.


Architecture & Database: This is the phase where I go to the framework, in this case, Bubble, and begin to configure the general definitions of the visual identity and the entire structuring of the database.

Modular Development: In this phase, I dive into the development of the screens and the engineering of the workflows, applying the best practices of UI/UX Design with a focus on server performance and usability performance. In some projects, like this one, I present how the screens are developing every week.


Testing & Homologation: With everything ready, I run a series of tests covering all possible scenarios, and if everything is correct, a meeting is held with the client so that everything can be tested on video, which is sent to the client as validation of the successful project delivery. And after the launch, I monitor the system for a negotiated period, looking for any necessary corrections.
